I'm a senior backend engineer in the Special Machinery vertical at Avito Tech — a platform of 5,700+ services and 2,700+ engineers. I own 8+ microservices and lead 1–2 features per quarter end‑to‑end: research, technical design, cross-team coordination, delivery.

I work mostly in Go — microservices, gRPC contracts and REST APIs, Postgres and Redis under load, event-driven flows, and Backend-Driven UI scenarios that ship the same JSON to iOS, Android, and web clients. I care about defensible designs, real metrics, and moving the OKR — not abstract perfection.

Before Avito, I spent three years as a full-stack engineer (Laravel/Vue, React/Drupal) — on an 80-salon CRM, an HSE research portal, and as lead developer on a UAE government statistics portal. I'm an HSE Software Engineering grad (BSc 2023, MSc in progress).

  • Led the address-verification rollout — end‑to‑end Go service (admin pipeline + "verified address" badge). 99.9% SLO / 99.98% SLI (14d), load-tested pre-rollout. Drove +13% contact conversion and 3× listing views on verified items.
  • Shipped a new Go service detecting "new-as-used" fraud (new vehicles posted as used to evade dealer tariffs), with admin overrides and seller whitelists. 99% SLO / 99.4% SLI, load-tested pre-rollout. Cut fraud 40% → 13%, drove +1.7M ₽/month.
  • Drive the team's AI / automation initiative — ship MCP servers, Claude Code agents, and skills that automate routine engineering work. Currently used by 6 engineers, expanding across the 4-team unit.
  • Won an internal Avito hackathon with an LLM career-ladder tool — engineers drop a PR / Confluence / Mattermost link, Claude Code maps it to evaluation criteria and updates the ladder via MCP. Eliminates manual self-assessment overhead.
  • Conducted 75+ technical interviews for Avito's company-wide hiring (screening, algorithms, in-depth technical) — 6 hires made.
  • Onboarded 4 engineers to full productivity through pairing, design-review walkthroughs, and graduated service ownership — all four now own production services independently.
